The OD & Change Leadership Group has rich resources and technical expertise in designing and facilitating a wide range of consulting, coaching, and training interventions for a variety of industries across the United States and abroad. Our instructional designers and facilitators are culturally sensitive and knowledgeable enabling us to develop culturally appropriate assessment instruments, learning applications, eLearning programs, and experiential learning activities for executives, managers, team leaders, and employees. Additionally, members of the ODCL team is highly skilled psychometricians able to design, implement, and analyze custom surveys and questionnaires to meet the unique needs of our clients.

The OD & Change Leadership Group is dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and skills of people responsible for leading change in organizations. We enhance client capabilities, foster agility, and expand mental dexterity through custom learning experiences, one-on-one coaching, and co-facilitating change interventions.
We are increasing our capabilities to serve clients on a global scale through strategic affiliations and partnerships with renown universities and strategic alliances with established learning and technology firms in Asia, Europe, North America, Australia/Oceania, and Africa. We intend to become a global brand servicing organizations in technologically advanced and developing countries.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Alan Landers, MHRD, is the founder and President of the OD & Change Leadership Group. He has over 40 years of experience planning and leading organization development and training interventions across the United States and abroad. His executive-level seminars have been hosted at major universities across the U.S. and he’s been a keynote speaker and presenter at regional and national conferences. Alan has consulted to over 40 clients ranging from small nonprofits to Global 100s. He is the CEO of FirstStep Communications, LLC a multinational BPO company and served as a senior training executive responsible for global training operations in large multinational organizations.
Andrea Zintz, Ph.D.
Andrea Zintz, Ph.D. is President, Strategic Leadership Resources and has over 40 years’ experience in organization development, leadership development and coaching. Before starting her own consulting practice, she served in two executive roles at Johnson & Johnson: as Vice President of Human Resources for the J&J subsidiary, Ortho Biotech, Inc., and subsequently as Director Leadership Development at J&J Corporate Headquarters. Andrea received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University. She is a recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award. She has co-authored the book: Orchestrating Sustainable Innovation: A Symphony in Sound Bites and a recently published book entitled: Grit, Grace, and Gravitas (www.gritgracegravitas.com)
Kimberly Morse, Ph.D.
Kimberly Morse, Ph.D. has 10 years of experience in higher education and as an organizational development consultant. Dr. Morse has focused on career and education coaching, employee training and development, and improving organizational effectiveness. She has provided guidance to improve employee performance and assist with identifying career paths and creating career development plans. Kim has led college accreditation efforts, engaged in policy analysis, and development of new initiatives within universities. She is a published author, having written a guide for doctoral learners on how to write a complete dissertation, including topic development, research, and understanding and identifying the best methodology and design for a successful research project.
Rebecca Whitman holds a MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She has over a decade of experience working in non-profit and governmental social services organizations. She’s led organizational change initiatives involving employee safety, cultural change, and has facilitated professional training and development programs. Becca specializes in occupational health psychology and organizational climate. She serves on the board of directors of a non-profit mental health organization serving Alaskan youth and volunteers with the Alaska Center for Resource Families. Becca is a active member of SIOP and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Ida Farzaneh holds a master's in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Her expertise is in change management, project management, human resources, and research methods. Ida has worked for or consulted to the City of Hope, Heluna Health, and Hyperloop Transportation. An active member of the ODCL team, Ida assists the president in leading planning and leading OD interventions and conducts research into the latest trends and theories related to change leadership. She is an active member of both SIOP and SHRM.
Savannah Leslie is a 2020 graduate from San Diego State University with a BA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her experience includes working in three I/O Psychology research labs, administrating a suicide helpline, and interning in OD at the San Diego Airport. Her interests pertain to job performance and productivity, employee well-being, occupational health, and workplace values. Savannah plans to earn a PhD in an Organizational Science with an emphasis in occupational health. She is currently assisting ODCL consultants with the design and delivery online coursework.
Ashton Adams is a Master’s student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga pursuing a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is an intern with the OD & Change Leadership Group assisting ODCL in providing awareness to a newly developed global Certificate Program. Ashton is also working on campus as a graduate assistant in the Center for Career and Leadership Development, utilizing her knowledge of I-O principles in much of her work. She is the Brand Ambassador for the Chattanooga I-O Psychology Group. Ashton is interested in performance management, occupational health and leadership development.

Jay Prag, Ph.D.
Drucker Graduate School
Jay Prag is the faculty director of the Certificate Program in Organizational Development and Change Leadership. Dr. Prag has been teaching at the Drucker School of Management since 1986. He serves on the board of directors of LINC Housing, a nonprofit low-income housing developer in Long Beach. He also served on the Board of Directors of Mt. San Antonio Gardens in Claremont and was actively involved in many business startups. Dr. Prag has won numerous teaching awards in his years at The Claremont Colleges. He also served as academic director for the Executive MBA and the Financial Engineering programs at the Drucker School.

Leslie Solomon, Ph.D.
Leslie has over 25 years of experience maximizing the human potential for growth, improved performance and meaning in work. She has extensive experience and expertise in healthcare leadership development, talent management, quality process improvement, change and transformation. In addition to her work with healthcare executives, Leslie is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics including interpersonal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, team performance, and organizational culture. Leslie was former VP of Culture and Talent Planning for Palomar Health, with oversight on performance management, talent development, culture integration and leadership development. Leslie has a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University.
Bruce Griffiths, M.A.
Bruce is President/Senior Consultant at Organization Systems International. OSI has been providing management and organization development services to an international client base since 1980. Headquartered in San Diego and staffed through a globally distributed network of seasoned consultants, OSI provides a custom mix of science and art to furnish unique solutions for clients. OSI’s core competence is a blend of industrial/organizational psychology and organizational development, grounded in research and cognizant of the realities of the workplace. Bruce has 40 years of experience in leadership selection and development with deep expertise in competency modeling, assessment centers, coaching, leadership training and business simulations.
Sue Stevenson B.Ed.
Global Executive Coach
Sue is the founder of Lifted Fog LLC, a Global Executive Coaching and Consulting practice that focuses on facilitating positive change through brain-based coaching and consulting. Sue incorporates the latest research in neuroscience and positive psychology in her practice. She gained her Coach Credentials at The Hudson Institute of Coaching & NLI. She also completed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard, as well as Berkeley and is a Certified C-IQ Coach. She offers the “Take the Leap” program for those ready to become independent practitioners in OD and Coaching. Sue is a Lead Facilitator and Executive Coach at The NeuroLeadership Institute. She is also a host and facilitator for the World Business and Executive Coach Summit and Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) Ambassador.
Joe Weinbrecht, M.S.
Joe Weinbrecht is a senior business executive and consultant with over 40 years of corporate management experience. He specializes in the financial services industry focused primarily in training, management & leadership development, OD, mergers & acquisition integration, IPO implementation and HR. He has served as senior manager of all internal corporate administrative services, corporate planning and marketing. He mentored small business and start-up entrepreneurs through an executive coaching program he initiated at San Diego State University. Joe has a Master of Science degree in HR & OD from the University of San Francisco and completed the Leadership Program at the University of Southern California and the Executive Development Program at the University of Washington.

The Academy partners with institutions to organize forums, seminars, and a series of management training courses tailor-made for executives, entrepreneurs and young professionals.
